First responders – how do we look after those who look after us
Every year we invite students to write a 60 second video script, raising awareness about the importance of mental health and wellbeing targeting a specific audience. This year, it’s Men’s Mental Health.
To apply for this year’s event we ask that you develop a script for an engaging 30-60 second video highlighting the need for understanding and support for the mental health of men aged 45-65 years.
Lots of men have mental health challenges and there is an assumption that men have a reluctance to talk. This year’s brief asks to demonstrate the mental health benefits of opening up and encouraging men to find the best setting for them to open up and/or check in with their peers.
The winner will be awarded the Geoff Robertson Memorial Trophy and a fully paid place at Award School, Adelaide, funded by the AADC – a great experience for any emerging creative wanting to get into the Advertising Industry.
